Roof and gutter cleaning follows our storey-based pricing, from $250 plus GST single-storey and $360 plus GST double-storey. Larger or steeper roofs may vary, and we confirm before we start.
When a gutter clean may take longer
Our standard pricing allows up to 1.5 hours on site, which covers the vast majority of residential gutter cleaning jobs. On the rare occasion a job takes longer due to heavy build-up, roof complexity, or access issues, additional time is charged at $90 + GST per hour after that. Any extra time required will be discussed before continuing.
