Standard single-storey clears start at $250 plus GST and double-storey at $360 plus GST. Severely blocked or overgrown gutters may take longer, and we confirm any change before we continue.
When a gutter clean may take longer
Our standard pricing allows up to 1.5 hours on site, which covers the vast majority of residential gutter cleaning jobs. On the rare occasion a job takes longer due to heavy build-up, roof complexity, or access issues, additional time is charged at $90 + GST per hour after that. Any extra time required will be discussed before continuing.
