Our standard pricing allows up to 1.5 hours on site, which covers the vast majority of residential gutter cleaning jobs. On the rare occasion a job takes longer due to heavy build-up, roof complexity, or access issues, additional time is charged at $90 + GST per hour after that. Any extra time required will be discussed before continuing.

The method
Why we vacuum instead of scooping it out
Hand cleaning has to put the debris somewhere. It goes over the edge onto the garden, down the wall, or into a bag that gets dragged along the roof. Most of the mess people complain about after a gutter clean comes from that one decision.
The vacuum takes it off the roof entirely. Leaves, bark, grit and wet sludge go up the hose and into the bin on the ute, so what comes out of the gutter leaves with us.
It also keeps it out of the downpipe. Scooping pushes as much material down the pipe as it lifts out, which is why a gutter can be cleared and still overflow at the next storm.
